We all want to be good employees — from Getting the right job, to Excelling at our work.
To be a successful employee and excel at work, it is not simply being good at WHAT we do with our hard skills. HOW we do our work with our soft skills is equally important.
We are to let our light shine before others so that they might see our good works and glorify God. How do I know what work to do? How do I do good work and shine?
